House Breaking and harrassment

I have an account with SAB Breweries. Last year had to attend yo my culture calling and left without the account paid for that torrid but reports were always sent by SAB representative stating the shop the was closed to pay and I'm not available. SAB took me to Schultz Incoporated who sent sheriffs to break in my house while I was not around went to school. My husband told them to wait for me they left him there at the shop to broke in the house. The gate lock was broken and until today we don't know where is it. The front door was also broken lock removed and the door ruined. The door can't be opened anymore . They took my things at the shop some are not even written down they shared them I guess. I reported d the matter with Schultz they said they will come back to me until today no one feels or see the house breaking as a wrong thing I believe as they know the law hoe come the don't act with the law. I need to know is this write way to treat any human being. Wa si nor suppose to attend my culture or I'm treated like this since I'm a sangoma cuts ei have never heard of such. SAB also asked for photos kept saying they still checking this is not the way to treat customer
