Dragged out appearance trial date in Childrens matter

I have submitted an Application in the Bellville Childrens court months ago for a trial date and till today they haven't provided us with any dates thusfar. It's very unusual to be dragging out a very very urgent matter concerning a minor daughter. The court process is extremely slow and not assisting with regards to the best interest of the child who's in the middle of primary care and voice of the child.
