On the 26th of January I app**** for a protection order against my ex who verbally physically and mentally abuses me. Both me and my ex appeared in the Domestic Court on the 1st of March 2018 (Krugersdorp Magistrate Court) The Magistrate was such a rude lady and kept telling me that she did not ask me to speak - she kept listening to the Respondents story and not taking the fear of my life in consideration - I insisted on drug tests to be done before he can see my son as he has taken my daughter with him to buy drugs he even left my kids outside whilst jumping over a fence by his moms house to ***** in that time my babies could have been taken. I am not happy that the Magistrate was such a rude person and did not take my fear for living inconsideration. We trust law to protect us but technically they protect *********. This man has abused me and he verbally abused a 3 year old girl(my daughter) he *****s from people(i have proof) lies manipulates and threatens to **** me and still nothing gets done to him. he breaks into houses and churches and is heavy on drugs and if the magistrate was blind to see past his lies then there is no hope- maybe when my ex has ****ed me or one of my kids they will then jump oh no maybe not because they don't care about the community only if it had happened to one of their close families they will take it serious. My ex even disappeared with my son on a previous occasion and he made up lies that I have sprayed him with pepper spray - a lady working at the police station covers his ass she hid him by her place and got a cop to call me and tell me that it doesn't matter if i am the mother i have no right to know where my son is - Pathetic i say ! This law is so ******* that people inside the law hide *********
