Complaints about Magistrate Mrs Pillay

I have been attending a custody battle case since 2015 till now assisted by the same magistrate who is biased, judgemental and rude. She does not care what I have to say, is always taking the side of the baby daddy who wants to take my now 7 year old boy away from me. They have kept him with them (him & his mother) for 9 months with closed contact. The magistrate does not put that into account. She even went to such an extreme to forcefully give consent on my behalf when I refused because I did not want her to be part of the case because she could not assist us. When I advised her that I would like to be assisted by another magistrate she said the court denies my request and therefore we should continue. I cannot keep standing in one place. This is draining me emotionally & financially. I want to try another magistrate who can be able to go deeper into the cause of this endless battle. I am really tired, this has been going on for long enough please assist.
