Children courts bias

How can a judge or magistrate who had a relapse,, institutionalized, can come back to work, make a personal decisions in a court, that involves minors children in a children's court, have guards to tell you that, I am not here to babysit you guys, I'm not a baby sitter, saying to my daughter,, I'm not here to babysit your baby daddy, what the social workers or advocates say and written goes, She didn't even want to read what her lawyers decided, she didn't want to hear anything from my daughter, her aim was to close the case, without even clearly hearing or listening, as long as what she's saying, that theory their always reading without practical work goes,

Mediation in children court is waste of time and tax payers money, These people want to close cases, they don't care about what they are preaching, happiness and development of a child comes first, They get so angry when you're in disagreement with them, annoyed, because they want to close the case,

Maintenance advocates waste of time, they make decisions on our behalf, imaging an advocate, who had never raise a child single-handedly, not married, who doesn't know the real truth about parenting, whose never been married, telling you, the experience partner or mother, father what to do, Obvious the only things he knows are rules and regulations, what the book say, and what about the obvious, the real things that are happening, not what is happening in a book,

That is where everything goes wrong, no practical, mental cases within judicial not followed and monitored with judges handling our children baby daddy /baby mama cases,

Why do we have tradional laws and customs, if the courts won't listen to them, ??? In black culture a child born out of wedlock belongs to the mothers uncles, until the father has done necessary things, that is pay for the child, done good to the baby, What is happening in children courts is against black culture is weakening our boys, and they keep on going around making babies, because the courts allows then to do that,
