child maintenace
I went to Brits magistrate court in February 2015 because the father of my child stopped paying his maintenance, I was helped by Tshegofatso who advised we do a stop order that will be send to his work place to be debit monthly form his salary, and she said I will receive money after three months. I kept on making follow ups after three months, seeing that I waited for more that five months I went to the office and nothing was done about my case and I was told that Tsheofatso is just a volunteer who is not compelled to do follow ups or give feed backs. when I asked how come such private information can be given to someone who is not compelled or without a job description, I was referred to the supervisor Mr Rakhadani who was not even apologetic, he sent me from pillar to post and promised to deal with the matter and give me feed back till today. I even spoke to Mandla twice with same promises. I call that office almost every day the answer is the same and their attitude shows that they do not care. am worried now because my son has passed the first semester with flying colours but am now he has to drop out as I cannot to pay for his fees alone. my file no: is 180/2010.
