Cannot get a copy of a divorce decree

Hi, I am actually writing on behalf of my sister, who has been trying for awhile now to try and get a copy of her divorce decree from the Divorce Courts in Queenstown. She was told that if she got divorced before 2010, all information was sent to King Williamstown. We have phoned King, they tell us to get a case number. We can't get a case number, because we have no copy of the decree. We are told to go to any home affairs for a case number. Home affairs says they have nothing to do with it, we must go to the court. So, what do we do? Who do we contact. How do we get a copy of the decree???? Please anyone help us out.
