Breach of Contract and parenting plan

A repeated case of contract breaching happened at the Magistrate when she continuously changed the contract of the parenting plan to fit the other party , other party breached the contract directly and refused to attend a herring with the magistrate when she was ordered to attend , she refused . Child welfare services was present the whole time, and did not intervene when the parenting plan was made out and made a official document , after the other party breached the contract , which was an offence punishable by law, an ******** offence , the magistrate did nothing towards the breaching of the parenting plan.
