BAD SERVICE FROM MAGISTRATE COURT

I would like complain about bad service and treatment from Midrand Magistrate court .On the 24th April 2020 was taken to Midrand police station for not having a permit to be on the streets while I was driving to buy grocery at Checkers at Mall of Africa and was held at the police station the whole day and we were released with a R1000.00 bail and we were given a court date of the 08 may 2020. On the 8th of May i went to court and I was there from 8 o'clock waiting outside not been attended to around pass 12 the officer came and call the people who were arrested due to covid19 and he just took our court papers and give us receipts without even attending court and we were told to come collect our money next week and another security lady gave us telephone numbers *** to call before we come to check if the bail section is opened so we can come and collect our monies. When i call it just rings no answer and I went the because no one was answering the phone and was told that they are off line and some rude man wearing the judge robe told the securities to leave me there as I'm going to wait till Piet Kom because i wont get any help and i had to go back home the other week i called again and i spoke to some lady called Elizabeth Kenosi who told me they are still off line its been 4 weeks .. how is it possible that the system for magistrate court be offline for 4 weeks or are we just being ****med our children's monies ...TILL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVE MY MONEY .. Serious our government is failing us by hiring people who doesn't know their job and just using their position to abuse people because from the start was arrested for nothing if I'm being arrested for going to the shops that means i was supposed to starve to dearth in my house and the government would.....
