Bad service, attitude and disrespect and arrogance by Colin.

I went to the Randburg Magistrate's court Small Claims Office number 78 on the 27/09/2018.I got there at 13h00 and I was told they are closed for lunch until 14h00. I went there as advised by the Randburg Police Station to get a Letter of Demand so they can help me with my case. After waiting for an hour at 14h00 I was told to wait and they will call.Thirty minutes went by and I went into the office to find out if they are aware that they made me wait for 30 minutes.A gentleman by the name of Colin rudely and arrogantly told me that they are closed after they told me to wait outside for 30 minutes and disrespectfully asked me how he can help me not even looking at me.I explained that I was referred by the Randburg Police to get a letter of demand so that they can help me with my case. He said to me "the police's job is to chase ********* and not to solve civil cases".

I don't think this guy should work in the frontline as he lacks people s****s and is arrogant. He does not abide by the Batho Pele principles.He is the worst public official I have ever dealt with. He made me wait for 30 minutes just come and disrespect me after that.
