Terrible service with poor communication

I went on bidorbuy website looking for shoe cabinet and their advert gives me the option to chose the color then i pay for 4 days no one says nothing about my order until i call them then they say they dont have the color i chose(had i not called i wouldn't have known why do they even have option to chose the color on their advert if they dont have it in stock, Now i want my refund they dont respond to my email,I dont know why BID OR BUY would make business with such ***** business like MagicBUY. I need my money back his guy call REHAAN is ignoring me,poor customer's service at its best,people be aware dont buy anything even if you see their advert on BIDorbuy OF THEM.Run away from them
