dont pay

we Been trying to get hold of the accounts manager for 3 months now , every time we phone they speak to Wayne Robertson and as per him it will be paid the next week , But if I phone him he is never in the office , But bottom line is they lie about payments , from last week Monday 21.02.2016 only Wayne could say what will happen , since Monday he has never been in the office , so nobody can help me .
