Don't order from Magic Styler

I ordered a product on the 19th of August. I received a tracking number and possible delivery date. In the beginning, updates came in nicely as to the delivery. Updates stopped the 19th of August and, regardless of countless emails, no response to my enquiries or my request for a refund.
