Poor service

I bought a clucth kid for c230 w202 on the first of june 2018. My machanic discovered that they sup**** me with wrong kit. The price was R3500.00 which i paid cash. When i went there to exchange the kit,they told me that they,the one i am looking for,cost R4800.00,because i was not having enough money ,i told them to give my money back and they refused.Onother indian guy called Benard refuses to give back my money. My slip with his slip could not correspond. Mine,the price is R3500.00, and his dublicate slip is R2700.00. So the guy said he is going to order for me the right kit somewhere jhb. Now today 02/08/19 thats when i went to collect my kit and i paid the balance of R4800.00. To my suprise,benard was now fighting me,scolding me,and even said (futsek) . I suggest that the spares should teach their sales person the importance of customers. I told him to give my money back offwhich he even refused.
