Magic motor spares Vosloorus PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!

I bought a brand new Car battery from Magic Motor Spares in Vosloorus and it’s not even one year old and giving problems. I went to the branch and the service received was pathetic!!!

They refused to check their battery telling me I must remove it and bring it in, while I took the car to their spares shop. The very same shop that used tools to remove my old battery and fitted theirs is the very same shop that now tells me to remove it myself just because I’m now coming with a complain.

Their manager was even worse in fixing the situation!!!

Funny that when you buying they provide service, but selling a battery which was meant to be new and giving problems!!!!!

There were suspicions that I was sold a second hand battery, which they said it’s new. I drive the latest JEEP and it’s not a problematic car and previous battery was perfect till it’s due date which I suspect it actually needed just a charge but the ******s sold me another one.

Do not buy there!!!!!!!!!!!

Lesson learned!
