Bad service

Went to magic motor spares in tembisa to take back a car battery I bought from them that I understand is still under warranty but they just look at the battery once and they told me my car is over charging and the battery can't be replaced, they did even try to test the battery and when I try to explain to the guy that it's was my second time coming with the same problem and he just didn't wanna listen
