I ordered a product of a ... sensitive nature off of [URL Removed] A little worried regarding the packaging and delivery, I called up their call centre number. <br> <br> Amazingly, my call was answered on almost the first ring (no annoying call waiting). The lady who assisted me with my purchase, Mbali, was friendly, helpful and hilarious, putting me completely at ease. <br> <br> She emailed me the tracking number the moment my payment had been received and didnt mind my paranoid follow up calls.<br> <br> I ordered the item late yesterday afternoon and (to my surprise) it has just been delivered, packaged wonderfully.<br> <br> Thank you Mbali for all your EXTRA help, you made my day!
