Worst service ever

<p>I purchased a 1 x Double Ottoman Gas lifted Storage Bed Frame <br />(Color Option: Brown) which the order was paid and confirmed and paid for. About a couple of days later I recieved a regret message that they do not have the bed i ordered....,my problem is why confirm and process a payment in do not have in stock. Have been interacting with a D Dube who seldomly responds to email. Last message sent to him/her after she had responded to a previous message which I responded at the same time was on the 26/08/2016 to whick i am still waiting for a responsed four days later, which clearly shows that they ignore mails sent to them.</p>
