I recently purchased V-laces through Groupon from Magic in the box. The items were delivered within the following week of ordering. One of the packets had 1 lace missing. <br> <br> Magic in the box went the extra mile and send us 12 packets to reimburse us for the 1 lace missing.<br> <br> They arranged for pickup and delivered the next day.<br> <br> Excellent and speedy client service!<br> <br> I would recommend Magic in the box to anyone any day!
