Poor service for online store

Absolutely frustrated and shocked that I get no feedback on emails sent to Magic in the box. I have called their land line number to no avail as it is continuously busy. There website makes such amazing offers and promises on excellent service but I am yet to see this. I would never recommend this on line store to anyone. I am still waiting for my products to be shipped.
