Poor Quality Products and Service

I bought 2 solar LED lanterns, 1 broken the other dysfunctional. Emailed the company, they promised to rectify the problem, product was sent back, 7days went past, emailed and called, no response and now I am sitting with a dysfunctional lantern, the other 1 is with them. I emailed and asked for a physical address so that I can go there and physically exchange the product but Mbali promised to call me which she did not. I am just worried what will happen to other unsuspecting customers like myself.
