PATHETIC SERVICE-JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!

Magic In The Box's service is TERRIBLE. I made an order for a product on their website on the 31/08/2015. I have payed and sent proof of payment. My only response from them is on the 16th September when they said they ran out of stock and said I should send my banking details to be refunded. I responded to that with the banking details. On the 30th September I tried to do a follow up and my messages were not read as they were not responded to. I am so upset, just read the message and refund me on the banking details provided!!<br> I can't believe your story of the product being out of stock because you consistently advertise it, even as I type this the stock is on your website for purchase. So I don't appreciate being taken for an idiot in that regard. Take the product down if you don't have stock and stop wasting my time and money thinking the **** will come through and only when I chase after you tell me some lame story of which is not true.
