paid still no delivery

on the 25/04/15 place and order to MAGIC IN THE BOX for DIY watches n in 04/05/15 made a payment. well i called n confirm with David If they have received the payment he confirmed yes and my order will be dispatched. call again spoke to Rian who confirmed he will email keshni to release my order n he send me and email that confirm him email keshni. well all i can say have spent a lot f time n money calling this company n the queen Keshni doesn't even bother to respond to my email even their support email no 1 respond. Its sad cause we try to support this people but they just wana ***** our money. so very Dissapointed even after i was assusred i'll receive my order but today is the 02/07/15 still nothing.
