Order not delivered and no refund given

On the 16th November, I order the 24 pieces make up set from this company via groupon. on the advert I was promised that my order will take 2 weeks, I then ordered this product for my wedding that was in December 2015, I waited and waited until to date I am still waiting for my order or my refund,<br> <br> The worst thing is that they do not even respond or communicate to me if they are facing some issues delivering my purchase.<br> <br> I just need the company \Magic in the Box"to refund me my money since they failed to deliver for over two months I will go and but it somewhere else.<br> <br> As for you Groupon"
