No Response / Extremely Poor Service

<p>I bought an item a week ago from Magic in the Box, paid and got confirmation of the order. The status of the order remains "waiting for pick up". I have been trying to make contact but with no success. They don't respond to emails and there is no contact number.</p> <p>I wish that I came to this site before ordering from them. How is it possible that such a company is still in operation? How many more people's money do they want to take and then disappear from the radar?</p> <p>I am so disappointed.</p>
