No Feedback whatsoever!

I have had an outstanding credit amount since January owed to me by Magic in the box. I was promised it had been done but then when I wanted to purchase something recently, I realised I still did not have my credit. They have no telephone numbers on their website and all e-mails are being totally ignored. The person who originally assisted me (Samantha Schroeder) is no longer responding to mails so I can only assume she no longer works there.
