No delivery of goods and No refund.

I bought an item for Christmas from Magic in the Box. Eventually after a month of sending emails to find out where the item is, someone gets back to me via email to let me know that there is no stock. I ask for a refund and after sending numerous emails and phone calls to Jack I still do not have my refund.<br> <br> 4 months down the line, and they still have made no attempt to even answer my emails. A useless, thieving, lying and ********* company. I am spreading the word like wild fire, to have them close down..They are NOT a subscribed company on Hello Peter.<br>
