NO DELIVERY and NO REPLY FROM MAGIC IN THE BOX

i placed an online order with Magic in the Box on the 16th March, to date i have not received the goods i paid for! they do not respond to emails nor do they answer their phone!!! this is ****************, how is a company like this allowed to even operate!!! i wish i had looked on Hello Peter before placing my order with them, i see i am not alone. They are *******!!!! give me my order or give me my money back!!!
