No Delivery and No Refund

We ordered a Flood Light through Magic in the Box.<br> <br> After a few weeks we received the wrong light and they arranged for the pick up. Since, we have not heard a word about the new light or even a possible refund.<br> <br> We have emailed and tried to call numerous times without any luck. <br> <br> So much for online shopping - what a terrible experience!
