NEVER PURCHASE FROM MAGIC IN THE BOX

I purchased an item on the 26 May 2015 for Father's Day on the 21 June 2015. AMPLE time for the goods to arrive by me. On 5 June 2015 I get a message saying they do not have the item in the style I opted for. I reply asking what else is available and to date have not gotten any response from them. I have tried calling many times, but the number stays engaged or does not work. I have sent numerous emails to the addresses listed on their site and have also used the contact form on site, but still no response from them. <br> The item was supposed to be a Father's Day gift and it is either never going to be delivered or it's going to be TOO late. I do not even have the option to cancel the order now!!!!<br> TRULY PATHETIC!!!!!
