Never do business with Magic in the Box!!

I contacted Magic in the Box on 10 April 2015 because I received an incorrect order. I spoke to David who said that he would get someone to contact me. On 13 April 2015 Mbali Wellington called me and emailed me to confirm that the faulty item would be fetched and that they would contact me before they were in my area. It is now 22 April 2015 and I have emailed Mbali, tried calling Magic in the Box and I am getting nowhere. No one responds to my emails and the phone is permanently engaged. Magic in the Box are proving themselves a very un-reliable, ************* company. I will never use them again and I advise other people to stay clear of this company.
