LED lights falulty and still no reply WHY!!!

We purchased LED lights and when we received the second delivery they were incorrect on contacting Magic in the box they said they no longer had the same type of light so gave us others. My husband put up the lights 2 weeks later the lights stopped working, I drove to Magic in the box as they told me if they sent a courier I would be charged. We exchanged the lights and put up the new ones 2 weeks later again 4 of the lights are not working!! I have e-mailed them and was promised they would send out new ones. After not being able to contact them for over 2 weeks I got in my car, drove to Crown mines only to find they have moved premises. After driving up and down to and from there new workplace to the old one I was promised 4 new lights would be delievered this past Saturday 15th August - still no phone call and still no lights. We live on a small holding and have young children, like I explained to Magic in the BOX this is a MAJOR security hazard for us and is becoming a big worry causing my husband and I sleepless nights.<br> I really want this resolved this is so unprofessional and NOT acceptable at all!!!!
