KIDS TABLET

I bought a kids tablet in November 2014 through groupon which was delivered in Dec, the 1st day I took it home the battery jack was faulty and the ON/OFF Button was not working. I reported it to Groupon which they exchanged for me. I am now experiencing the same problem with the tablet I reported this to Groupon and they told me to sort it our with Magic in the Box which I then sent them an email on Friday. A David Dube responded and told me that they will not be replacing it<br> it is not acceptable that they are refusing to replace it as clearly the quality of the tablet is very poor. I have a similar tablet which I bought at Makro 2 years ago and it is still working
