Good not delivered after payment

I ordered and payed for 2x LED torches which were on special as buy one get on free, so 4 in total. I only received 2 torches. After several emails over more than 2 weeks I have not received help and it seems they are just keeping the money<br> <br> I have now had to contact my bank to try reverse payment<br> <br> Avoid MagicIntheBox at all costs!
