Disgusting Service

I made a HUGE mistake making a purchase on the 4 FEB, late delivery (16 Feb) of a product which doesn't work. I contacted them where they sent me a replacement form to fill out which I did. I received an email from them (20 Feb) pretending to check if the collection of the faulty product been done. That has been the last contact from them. I've tried contacting them on their Facebook page, no response and no response to my emails. Their products are of no quality and their customer service stinks. I will never make that same mistake again and never recommend them. May it be known to the world how ******* they operate.
