BIG WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM MAGIC IN THE BOX

Good day<br> <br> I purchased two LED Flood lights with Magic in the box via Groupon on the 26th March 2015 and on the 25th June 2015 one of the lights stopped working. This light suppose to have had a life span of 50 000 hrs which I did not even reach 1/4 of that. The worst part is that they just ignore your emails when sending to their [Email Removed] I also tried calling them and the line seems permanently engaged. The worst customer service I have ever received. so I would like to save everyone from going through this experience and inform you'll not to buy from this company. I also gave them fair warning to respond before I choose to name and shame. I guess they just don't care. I have also now approached the SA consumer complaints department to deal with them.
