Bad service

After numerous attempts to get my order sorted, no one has gotten back to me. I am really disappointed with your service.<br> <br> The last communication was from D. Dube on the 20th of november and this is what he/she said:<br> <br> Hi Refentse<br> <br> I sincerely apologize for shipping an incomplete order, we have however run out of the Butterfly DIY clocks. We can send another type or alternatively refund you on that order.<br> <br> Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> D. Dube <br> <br> I then asked that the order be replaced with the blue watches and I still haven't received them.<br> Can I please get my money refunded back to my acc
