Appalling service

I bought shoes online from Magic Foot in December last year. Communication was good until I transferred money for those shoes. I then started to get problem with delayed delivery because Magic Footwear promised to deliver within 72 hours but it took them a week to deliver. Once I got my shoes I realised they delivered the right shoes but with the wrong size. I requested size 8 and they delivered size 9, and I couldn't check them whilst the courier guy was still there because he said to me that he will not take them back if there is something wrong, but after I opened a box, I found out they deluvered wrong size. When I contacted Magic Footwear to explain to him about this problem, he said to me that I will get exchange only if I return those shoes, and mind you, the amount I paid for those shoes were inclusive of courier. But I told him I won't spend more money to return those shoes because I'm not the one who delivered wrong shoe size, since then, he just ignore my calls and WhatsApp messages. I still have WhatsApp chat on my phone with him
