Sub standard work

My experience was also less magic than expected. Magic Doors were contracted by the contractor who were appointed by my insurance company. The job was poorly done. The installers drilled two sets of holes for the rubber strips. As a result some of the plugs in the wall were loose and consequently the rubber strips was also very loose. There were also other holes drilled into the door as if the installer there are as well did not measure things properly. Some of the bolts holding the brackets of the garage motor and mechanism were also fitted very rough. The door panels were pretty much all loose. The door was also not leveled and consequently will not hold out water as there is a gap between the floor (which is level) and the door. On the first day some of the wheels of the mechanism were coming of the rail. I honestly have not seen such a poor standard of work.
