Bad service and poor workmanship

I had a bad experience with Magic doors at 261 Bosworth street in Alrode South. Whereby I ask them to manufacture a garage door. They did manufacture and install it around March 2018. The was a problem with the door as it was a special made to accommodate the size of my garage door. I have writing them emails and phoning them to come fix the door. And also give me the 5 litre oil that I was suppose to put after 6 weeks of installation. Till now they have not done that. Now they are not answering to my calls or they tell me Liza is buzy. I have last send them a whatsup asking them to rather come remove the door and give me back my money. Till now they have not responded.
