Shocking service, worse attitude

Basil Loukataris of Magic Displays forgot my very urgent order completely and on the day it was supposed to be collected had no idea what was going on with it. He told me there was no way it would be ready on time and absolutely couldn't have cared less. He then followed this sterling customer service up with a rude email about how he could have helped if he wanted to, but chose not to. When you make a mistake, own up and deal with the consequences - when you make your customers angry because of your own incompetence, being rude to them on top of giving them poor (non-existent) service, don't then add insult to injury with childish little emails! <br> <br> Good luck to you Basil, nothing magic about your displays or your shocking service and even worse attitude. Found another supplier in less than 10 minutes at a fraction of the price. Jack up your service and start giving a damn if you want to survive in this economy!
