The Magic Company Kolonnade - Terrible Customer Service

<p>I send an email to The Magic Company at Kolonnade to enquire about their ten-pin-bowling. Wanted to know if they might have party packages as I was considering planning to have my daughter's birtday there which happens to fall on a public holiday. I also enquired if they DON'T have a party packages to confirm what the rate is per child and per adult and what time do they open on a public holiday and more or less how long does a game take so I can make the plans around the information. I get a mail back from Rose only stating they don't do bookings on public holidays. Know what about the rest of the info I requested???? Don't you want my bussiness? Doesn't The Magic Company bother to train their staff of proper custormer service or to at least read a person mail in full and then reply with all info requested? I do not think The Magic Company at Kolonnade will se us again. </p>
