PROCEDURES NOT FOLLOWED

Last week Saturday my daughter went go carting at your Carnival outlet. There were no helmets, no board that states drive at own risk, and no indemnity were signed. There were 2 minors wuthout adult supervision, one were shorter than the required lenght, these two boys drove into my daughter shortly after they startes driving, and because of no helmet she hit her face into the steering wheel and broke her 3 front teeth, a guy named Mike that was there was very helpful, but the paramedics were useless. I feel its your respinsibiltiy to re imburse my dentist bill, due to neglegence from your side, if those two boys were not allowed to drive this would not have happened. On saturday night after the accident i send a mail, on Monday while at the dentist a Elvis contacted me and advised a Brian will call me, no one called. On Tuesday i called and speaked to Dawid, at first very helpful, but never called me back, on Thursday he gave me his cell number and said he will get back to me on Friday, on Friday afternoon i send him a sms, he called me back and become very rude. This is the last attemp i am making to get this bill paid by you. Dawid advised me as well on Friday that he will get your attorneys involved, he must go ahead cause i also have an attorney and i am not afraid to get him involved. Procedures and rules were not adhered to by YOUR staff. All i am asking is to be re imbursed for the dentist i had to pay, which is R950, and i have the receipt as well. Please assist me in getting this sorted out as we are all adults.
