No care attitude at Carnival City Magic Company

<p>My sons tokens got ******. He bent down to pick up his ticket, left the coins on the game. Came up and coins gone. R200 spent on tokens and he only got to play three games. I requested that the supervisor check the footage. She comes back and says the manager is only coming back 45 minutes later. This is unacceptable. The coins will be used by then. When the manager comes he has a rude attitude. Did not even appolgize. He just said he would not look at the footage as he was not responsible. There is nothing he can do. This is unacceptable. I will be writing to all I know to tell them that Carnival city is not aafe for kids. They allow people to ***** and have a "go away"attitude when you ask for assisitance. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will never go to another magic company again. After spending R1000 for tokens in one day. Probably will not even respond.</p>
