Magic company Montecasino - bad service

My family and I visited the Magic company at monte casino and the bird park for my daughter's birthday on the 14 April 2021. I purchased the tokens but the lady told me that the transaction did not go through, and retried her speed point 4 more times but still failed to issue our tokens. I was then asked to go to various different atms to withdraw cash which was when I found out that the funds in my account was gone. I also lost my reservation at the bird park and lost lots of funds on service fees because of the inconvenience cause by the magic companies.
