Worst workmanship and service ever received.

Auto Magic Spray Painting and Panel Beaters Rustenburg.

To whom it may concern.

This is the worse company with the worse customer service you can ever use. Our insurance asked tht we get two quotes for hail damage. They then decided to send it to another company Auto Magic in Rustenburg 20 Berg Street.

The car was booked in and 2 days later we were called to tell us they are finished with the repairs. When we got here, half of the dents havent even been repaired. We were then told that they send another claim into the insurance for painrlt an repairs. A month later we asked them when will they be finished with the car, we were told we may fetch the car at 3 pm as they are currently cleaning the vehicle.

We arrived at 15h30. There is still dents in the car, paint has been dropped on the boot, that wasnt removed. Paint was s****ped of at certain areas that they didnt repair. The seats inside have paint on them. The car on the inside looks like a *** sty. The back light wasn't fixed as they will only get the part in another 2 months. When I told them I am unhappy with the workmanship the fuy told me he was over thrown with work.

I started taking photos when the guy decided they will fix the paint and clean the car. It is now 16h03 I have been sitting in Rustenburg heat in yhe car outside waiting for the "guarantee Auto Body Repair" shop to finish the work.

Never in my life will I recommend this back yard panelbeaters to anyone. I am disgusted with their work, their services and overall workmanship. I recommend never to take your vehicle to this place. Appalling!!!!
