Tekle the owner charges R850 for a call out fee which is fine, but he came for 10minutes and left saying he needs parts.

The quotation clearly states that a call out fee is paid upfront and the parts are laid for once they are fitted.

He promised to come fit the parts on Monday morning, then said he is in Durban he will come on Tuesday.

Tuesday he says he doesn't have the parts and I must pay upfront for all the parts before he will fix our digital printer.

They charge you a call out fee and then the problems start when they must actually fix the machine.

Don't fall for this ****. We have used them in the past but they obviously don't know how to run a business anymore
