Bought 50k tombstone and paid 80% in 3 months and was left with 20% as a hold up to be Paid once they done to erect the tombstone on the 4th month, on the 4th month 3 days b4 they could erect the tombstone it was not complete and they asked for 10% which was paid because they needed to buy material and a new date was set to erect on that new date calls were not picked up while my sick mom went to meet them at the cemetery . She went back home with a broken heart and stressed and they called late at night to say they couldn't finish they will come the next day which is 4 days b4 the ceremony and not to speak of my father's photo it was someone know to them not to us to fix the photo they asked for money and when mom refused the went back to make it "better".on day 3 after a long wait since morning they came after the cemetery had closed at 4pm and had to negotiate which was another story the van couldn't carry the entire tombstone to the grave it was heavy n was left somewhere within the graveyard to be collected the next day coz it was late and couldn't finish building a foundation. Now only 2 days left they arrived as promised and the job was done but not 💯 we had to settle so we can move on.
