Maggi South Africa ignoring valid customer comments and selling raw noodles with no spice

Hi, So on 1 June 2021, I sent a Facebook inbox message to Maggi South Africa as I wanted to make a packet of noodles, only to find a sealed, empty spice packet. Even though I sent all the batch details, including pictures, on Wednesday, 2 June 2021, I was asked to send those details. I notice that my query has not even been looked at again, but they do seem active on Facebook. So, they care enough to promote their brand, but not nearly enough to address the concerns of those who have already spent money on a product I couldn't actually use, unless I wanted tasteless noodles. Customer service does not appear to be a priority at all. #BadService #IgnoringValidComments
