Contractor abandons job once deposit paid

Contractor gave quote for paving job and guaranteed that he would oversee the work. Once deposit paid he hires different sub contractors to do work. Standard was shocking. When i complained about work he requested more money to get another team,once deposit paid no more work and no response from Mr Nkosi.<br> <br> Please do not use this contractor
